ASSESS, ADDRESS, & EDUCATE

This is a system that is used often under various circumstances. It has great utility and provides an optimal way to approach many different scenarios. Assess involves the sensory system. It is responsible for taking in information. Who is assessing becomes a significant variable. Of course, you can run on automatic pilot and let whatever version of you is active to be the one assessing or you can be more discerning about who would do it best, which archetype? A key factor in assessing is storytelling. Why is something happening? Does a deficiency in something need to be addressed? When you tell the best story as to why something is happening, you assign it a purpose, a reason for being. You extrapolate the wisdom within something's presentation. Sanctification offers a great jumping-off point for assessing. Borrowing the mechanism from the Sanctification Seven, you start out with unconditionally welcoming whatever you are facing or meeting. You welcome it specifically. You aknowledge that it is right on time whatever it is. You also recognize that it has a purpose. You then begin to interview it to uncover its specific reason for being. You continue to honor its perfection as you continue to learn about it. Once you have a good idea of why it is here, you declare your vow to be of assistance. That's where assessing begins. You tell the greatest story you can regarding what you can provide. Think about storytelling and how in telling a story you start by stating what you are going to do, you do it, and then you tell them what you have done. That three step is what we call Assess, Address, and Educate.

Address, the second part of this triad, involves the motor system. It is responsible for putting out information. Who is addressing is also a significant variable. Will you address something as you, whoever you are at the time, or will you outsource it to an archetype who will organically do it better than you? Addressing something well requires doing it in the best frame of mind possible. Yes, what you are doing or contributing matters. Who you are at the time of doing it matters greatly as well. When you address both, you will find yourself delegating the job to the best archetype and then meeting the conditions like a boss.

Educate, the last part of this package, incorporates integration. It is like summarizing the entire process and supporting its effectiveness. Beyond just explaining everything, educate involves offering what can be done to enhance and prolong the results. By being "integrative minded," you educate very well and fully, explaining everything within the thought process. This includes the assessment, the addressing, and the all-important "following up" that will significantly support the integrative process. Regarding any Thriveapeutic practice, educate also includes relating everything back to Thriveapeutic teachings. This comprehensive method regarding "Assess, Address, & Educate" remains true and continues to provide great prominence to the totality of this body of work.

Happening upon this psycho-technology may feel overwhelming. Fret not. Like every skill you develop, you develop over time. You get better at it the more you practice it. Do not expect mastery at the beginning. You earn mastery over time. Simply participate in the process of Assess, Address, & Educate. You will eventually get better and better at it. The strategies shared here represent the optimal usage of this system. Many people are not comfortable working with archetypes as diligently as is presented here. Do what you can, when you can, however well you can, and over time you will discover yourself (your greater self) doing it better.
