BLUE DAY

Blue Day is a mini Blue Weekend, where partcipants engage in various practices to support the benefits of each practice. Usually involving Catalyst sessions, active stopping, silent meditation, neuro-meditative movements, and more, each Blue Day behaves like a resetting or renewing. The entire energy of Blue provides excellent neurological nutrition.

Two three-hour sessions cover the entire day. Each session is separated with a 90-minute lunch break. Some people choose to take this time for themselves. Others may choose to grab a lunch with someone or a small group of people. It's a very personalized time and the integration process shows up differently for different people.

A wide variety of optional strategies are also available, including journaling, guided meditations, and breakout groups for specific themes. No two Blue Days are ever the same, though the energy remains high. As with all programs available, contact us here if you are interested in attending one.
