CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE

Draw an imaginary circle on the floor in an open area that you can physically step into. Before stepping into that circle, anoint it, meaning give the circle a specific quality you wish to experience and embody in yourself. For example, if you are deficient in acknowledging "All is Well," you can allow the circle to represent fully the energy of all is well. Then when you step in the circle, you give yourself permission to actually feel what it feels like to embody that energy, that feeling, that resonance.

This practice gives you an in-the-body representation of what wielding certain energies feel like. Once you experience it, that experience sets a standard of what you need to do to actually embody that energy again. When you envelop yourself in different energies, you resonate those energies, meaning those frequencies ripple out from you. Those ripples are as strong as your experience says they are. The stronger that certain energies ripple from you, the less external energies can affect you. External energies need you to take in their ripples. If you are strong in rippling outwardly, you are significantly less vulnerable to energies rippling into you. Perhaps as you consider how energies do indeed ripple, you can appreciate the importance of enveloping yourself in the Unifying Goodness archetype. Maybe you can appreciate the extra support that comes from sanctification, being the solution, answering the call, etc., so many things that are closely associated with Thriveapeutics.

Practice the circle of influence with many different supportive energies. Try it with the energy of honesty, purity, accuracy, wholeness, integrity, and a host of other "family of words" that represent being true. Try it with ease, peace, stillness, calm, relaxation, and a host of other "family of words" representing stopping, clearing, oneness, etc. Try it with gratitude, thankfulness, gratefulness, and other words of appreciation. Try it with happiness, contentment, satisfaction, completeness, joy, fulfillment and other "family of words" that travel along with All is Well. Try it with humility, humbleness, openness, curiosity, wonder, not knowing, and other words that reflect being with the mystery. So many energies can have their way with you if you allow them. Each one gets to be a ripple, a level of protection, that works on your behalf. The more you practice this, the more you will able to just call those energies up to get the same benefit.
