CLASSES
Classes remain the most powerful medium for promoting and expanding these concepts and applications. Being creative is one thing. Telegraphing why the work works and what makes it so revolutionary and timeless is another thing entirely. Thriveapeutics has a delightful mix of science, concepts, and art. Perhaps the greatest ingredient is presenting and working with so many reproducible phenomena. The classes present the depth of components that set this work apart. Since so many classes have emerged over the years, this mind map categorizes them into three main headings: seminars, workshops, and retreats.
What then is the difference here between a seminar and a workshop? A seminar is a presentation. It can be a one-and-done program or it can be a class that meets multiple times. Workshops, more specifically, are more hands-on and interactive. They involve developing a certain skill set. Quite honestly, crossover exists at times when a seminar can become more interactive. As a distinction, however, think of a seminar as a class where you simply take in information. The last heading, retreats, is self-explanatory. In over thirty years of presenting this work, one retreat continues to see the light of day. That is The Blue Weekend.
As you go through these offerings, keep in mind that each program is offered sporatically. This allows for both more creativity and newer programs to emerge. As time goes by, we learn to have a great appreciation for each program, each class, each container. Each title has specific topics embedded within it that relate to that specific container. Fascinatingly, information gets imprinted with each program. Although overlap in information does indeed occur, more often than not, certain topics remain married to their specific programs. For this reason, programs become available as the need becomes obvious.
