DISASSOCIATION PROCESS

Neuroassociations are wonderful when they provide high levels of neurological nutrition, meaning they represent the Most High, swirl, lightness, peace, ease, a sense of all is well, etc. Oppositely, however, neuroassociations can also promote toxic influences. Think of PTSD, the acronym for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Although Thriveapeutics is significantly unqualified to address that condition or any medical condition for that matter, look at the phenomenon. More practically, look at specific words and the energies that words convey. To say that some words are more triggering than others would be a remarkable understatement. For example, consider the following words: God, religion, politics, conflict, stress, money, marriage, divorce, death, and that list obviously goes on and on. Here are a couple of words that often trip people up who start to explore Thriveapeutics: sanctification, exalt, holy, forgiveness, truth, humility, hierarchy, subjective, anecdotal, judgment, responsibility, service, and yes, even blue. Some people cannot shake the fact that feeling blue does not mean feeling sad. So what do we do about these toxic neuroassociations? Do we just let words continue to stimulate toxins? Toxic neuroassociations are not exclusively phenomena involving words. For the sake of ease and brevity, however, we will focus exclusively on words here.

The disassociation process is a solution-based strategy to "separate the wheat from the chaff." Consider the quote, "Don't throw the baby out with the bath water." The disassociation process saves the baby and lets the dirty bath water run down the drain. Think of this psycho-technology as being a repurification process. So how does it work? Taking a page from the bodywork system, you negotiate a loosening. In doing this with words, the negotiated loosening is placing space between a word and the resonance emitting from using that word. Quite humbly, we are ultimately responsible for the resonance coming off of any word. We hold the vibration of the word as a neuroassociation. Even more humbling, beyond holding the resonance of the word within us, we also contribute to that resonance based on our interpretation of that word AND our relationship to that interpretation. Looking at all of those factors coming together to form the glue that maintains the toxic neuroassociation, we can begin the process of loosening.

Examine how the word "healing" is packing a lot. Are we talking about healing from physical injury, healing emotional trauma, healing from a diagnosis? Does healing imply that something is wrong? Does healing require a catalyst of some sort, an action, a happening, or some other condition? Is healing unconditional? Does quality play a part in healing? Healing can mean so many different things to so many different people. Thriveapeutics offers another side of healing, for example, Forward Healing. This kind of healing highlights a specific call to answer, stepping well into your new, oncoming life. It represents dignity too since we are all aging too. Think of the different energies surronding healing. Healing as a need in response to not being whole versus healing from accepting and meeting your unconditional emergence. Anytime you can raise the resonance of a word, you are purifying it, separating it from its dense, toxic, previous neuroassociation. That separation is the disassociation process.

Maturing up any and all words to raise their vibration and therefore their positive influence is the easiest way to disassociate a word from it more dense neuroassociation. Some people, however, would rather maintain a faulty or incomplete interpretation of a word rather than raise its vibration. This usually has something to do with the fear of being wrong, as if being wrong about something is a bad thing or a bad look. In looking more closely, however, being wrong and proudly admitting it is the quickest way to growth. It immediately frees you from the toxic influences of maintaining a wrong or incomplete definition of something, plus the word then becomes healthier for you anytime you find yourself in its presence, as opposed to you letting it maintain its toxic influence on you. The disassociation process is something you do so that your environment is more supportive, meaning anytime you hear a specific word, you are more likely to thrive with the better energy and mojo. You can, of course, do nothing, letting all toxic neuroassociations continue to mess with your functionality. Given those choices, the disassociation process becomes a great source of support for you to thrive in any environment.
