BLUE PRACTICES
The resonance of "Blue" can find its way into your energy through many different mediums. Historically, Thriveapeutics uses a few time-tested vehicles more often for positively influencing your energy. One of them, Type-4 Catalyst, requires a facilitator to deliver the work through a specific form of energy work, which presents a combination of on-the-body and off-the-body contacts. The other resources listed here can be self-applied or delivered by a facilitator. Even Greaterness Coaching, not listed here, offers a Type-4 option, which takes a page from the Discovery Class, meaning it addresses various non-linear presentations that reveal themselves during a session.
Meditation involves a wide variety objectives. Some are delivered in silence and some involve the spoken word, which uses resonance and guided imagery to enhance the experience. The remaining practices here (Active Stopping, Floor Time, and Wall Time) are unique to Thriveapeutics. All three are extremely effective for shifting your state from more active to more still. Please note that postures and breathwork, listed under "Body," may also facilitate a "Blue" state. The main delivery system of those specific resources, like Catalyst, is through the body (not through the energy) and therefore they are listed there.
