Interpersonal Care involves a facilitator developing a certain set of skills to provide a unique service to others. In Thriveapeutics, that service requires "spotting," a proficiency that facilitators develop, which includes "assessing, addressing, and educating." Thriveapeutics maintains three approaches, one for the mind, one for the body, and one for the soul. Regarding the delivery of these three categories of care, keep in mind that a connection exists making mind, body, and soul one. That means that addressing one may spill over onto the other areas.
