SPACE-BASED LIVING

The popularity of neuroplasticity has brought about space-based living, the practice of inserting space. We insert space because space enhances brain function. The succession seven, for example, starts with step one, mindfulness. Before that first step of mindfulness, a zero point preceeds it. That zero point is stopping. Stopping makes room for space. Stopping before starting (before mindfulness) allows the starting to be clearer, with less noise and more clarity.

Another example of space-based living is the archetype named Obos. Obos means "of breath and space." The sound of Obos works well in representing, "of breath, of space." Any area that is dense or heavy could use a dose of Obos, a dose of breath and space.

Active stopping, meditation, letting things breathe, etc. all enhance functioning. Space allows clearing, emptying, quieting, and offers a reset to begin anew, which is quite often a better approach than running on automatic pilot or maintaining the status que. Swirl thrives in space. The term TBR means "to be revealed." When you say "TBR," you are giving space to whatever you are talking about. You are acknowledging that things are going to be revealed in their time, so you give them space to reveal the time. All space-based strategies are brain-based strategies. Focusing on the word, "space," is far more supportive and solution-focused than focusing on the word, "brain." Not sure what to do? Give it space and return with new eyes.
