5 W'S
The Five W's stands for Who, Who, Where, What, When. It's a resource within Catalyst, namely Spatial Work where the facilitator is not physically contacting the body. As a practice that focuses on working with specific energies, these specific vibrations and frequencies all carry a specific resonance. With practice, you can direct specific energies to the specific areas requesting support. The practice of directing energies requires cleanliness. Many well-intentioned people are doing what they believe to be is good only to find out later that they were prolonging a process as opposed to supporting it.
The first two W's, who-who, are in regards to two archetypes. 1) Who is asking? Who is asking is the same archetype as who is listening for the response, and 2) Who is the archetype being asked? Who is being asked is also the same archetype as who is responding. These are important inquiries, otherwise you are not placing the right people (archetypes) in those two important positions. The most optimal asking/listening archetype is wide open, not biased or rooting for a specific answer, not advocating for a specific position. As an established archetype who "sits at the table of open and honest inquiry," Opana offers a great option. Opana, as an archetype, is very curious, interested in learning, open to let it be whatever it is, a great listener, and has a fantastic mastery of the swirlometer, meaning she can feel swirl like a boss. Perhaps the best archetype for receiving inquiries and offering great information is the Wisdom Source. Any response that is going to come is pretty darn "good" coming from that source.
So what are the inquiries that involve these two who-who archetypes? The first of two main inquiries represents the third W, which is Where. Where is the access point? Where is the place where a specific energy is going to be directed? In Catalyst, that place is called the Area of Influence. This place must be very specific. When someone prays for someone, for example, where is that prayer going? How does the prayer actually get to that person? Does it come in from the top of the head, in front of the heart, from the back, up through the feet in the ground, etc? Of course, this place can be somewhere in the space between the two of you, but where specifically?
The second inquiry that Opana presents to the Wisdom Source is What? What represents the fourth W. Answering this inquiry summonds a specific rhythmic signature, energy, vibration, frequency, resonance. This is quite important, too. Using the same example, when you pray for someone, what do you say or feel? What is the energy of that prayer? Three of the first four energies are rhythmic signatures, spedific energies. Where and When are not. They are specific, but in reference to location and timing. Where comes before What to help with clarity. The first three W's provide clarity for the all-important fourth. The specific resonance matters greatly. Imagine praying for someone. Imagine being with that person. Imagine accessing Opena and the Wisdom Source (or your own who-who) to address Where. Imagine knowing where you can have the greatest effect. From there, you will know (with the help of who-who) whether you are to provide comfort, peace, reassurance, space, etc. All of those energies including the one that best meets the conditions are rhythmic signatures, vibrations that can have a positive effect.
Lastly, When, the last W, involves timing. When are you actively directing this specific energy onto that specific location? How long do you stay focused on it? By addressing all of the five W's, you are participating in a much higher, greater, active form of prayer. This practice goes way beyond the prayer example used here. It also works well in many areas where you are ready, willing, and able to "wield pristine power."8
