Connection to God

A greater connection to God, life, source, innate intelligence, nature, or our higher power
is a powerfully motivating force for many people seeking a higher existence.
These prayers ask for that intimate connection that results from being more aware of “God."

Sacred Presence,
my heart pounds in anticipation
of our deepening connection.
Come to me,
Your child with outstretched arms.
Walk with me,
Your partner of the eternal flame.

May I see Your face in the dark,
hear Your voice in the silence

Dear God,

that I may create more space
for You to be with me,

Dear God,
as I connect more and more
to You and expressing You,

to breathe the salt air of Your tides.

the layers of this world.

Mission

These prayers relate to people who choose to be of service to God through working with others.

Dear God,
may I be a vessel of Your love,
directing this love with my touch,
with my thoughts, with my words,

of a sacred trust born within me.

God's Will

Working cooperatively with God’s plan is a practice in living more gracefully.
The following prayers help people cooperate with life as it reveals itself.

God,
may I do all that I need to do,
not according to me,
but according to You.

May I appreciate and relax into Your rhythm,
Your timing.

Unyielding God,
help me become more open
to receive Your everlasting love.

You have a much more

than I can even imagine.

for You to do with me as You will

My Sweet Supply,

Growth & Change

Change is the natural flow of life. Grace is the result of moving with change.
These prayers ask for guidance in moving comfortably into the next new mystery of God’s great book of wonders.

Dear God,

God of Open Hands,
please help me be generous

Challenging times cyclically appear, giving us opportunities to develop spiritually.

Dear God, thank you
